Hey everyone, this is Jonathan here or aka Cowbuck as known on Gay.com and other sites.

Dang where to start. Well first off, I'm a transplanted farm-boy Cornhusker from that panhandle state of Nebraska. Yes as unbelievable as it is, civilization does exist. Typically not much to do but get drunk on some dirt road, but the scenery is nice lots of cornfed country-boys to look at in tight wranglers.

As for the gay life in plain states, it was pretty much non-existent or at least something that you did not see or talk about. I did not come out to myself until I was 25, so you could say I'm a late bloomer. As a Gemini, yeah the evil twins, I am very interested in how a persons mind works and how he/she thinks. For me, a person's looks gets my attention, but it's their attitude and personality that keeps me interested and intrigued.

My personality, hmmm....I think people are generally surprised with me, especially in the gay community. Let's just say I have been asked more times if I knew I was in a gay bar. It's not some type of fake front I put on, just how I am. To each their own as I see, everyone is unique in their own way.....and whatever floats your boat.

I am 32 years old, which in some points of view puts me over the hill in gay years. Oh well, what can you do. Still single, unfortunately. I guess it does have its perks but at the same time does get lonely. Life was meant for you to fall in love with someone and be loved back, everything else is just the routine that keeps that going, at least that's how I see it from my point of view. I just still haven't figured out why the odds of finding that are like winning the lottery....I'll keep thinking about that one.

I am also a big daydreamer, have a crazy imagination, and love to talk about anything that makes you think to yourself, "hmm, I never thought about it that way".

I received my B.S in Mechanical Engineering from University in Kansas in 1999. Originally I went to college for Industrial Design due to my love of the Fine Arts, but had to be somewhat realistic about my path and didn't want to starve when I graduated.

Lets see, other than the insane 60+ hrs I work a week, I do have some personal love interests. The first one is my love for nature and the outdoors, I can never get enough when it comes to looking across a lake or staring at a mountain range. That is zen for me. Second, is my love for music. I am a learning composer of Techno/Trance music (kinda weird when thinking about a farm-boy from Nebraska), and have a dream to one day hear one of my songs be played at a club and see everyone dancing their hearts out. Oh yeah throw photography in there also. Yeah seems really gay doesn't it. And last but not least, my love of my friends and family. That's the stability and foundation of my life. I just hope one day I can build that foundation with "the one", whoever that may be.
