With this stimulus payment, do you think Bush is doing it to try to set right the big tax breaks he has given the rich already?

Well I try to steer clear of the politics. It is not a topic I understand much about. I do know, however, with the tax break he is giving us, that money is poured back into the economy and boost it back up again. Yet, most of the people will just spend it on bills they need paid.
I don't know yet though it might help? I don't think he's trying to set things right, as so much as trying to boost the economy. I guess we will just have to see what happens whenever this comes to pass.
